These terms govern your use of jfanalytics.io. They do not govern any consulting engagement. If you become a client, our relationship is governed entirely by the signed master services agreement and statement of work — those documents control, and nothing on this website modifies them.

Pricing

Prices shown are starting points for typical engagements, not offers. Actual pricing is set in a written proposal after scoping, and only a signed statement of work is binding.

Guarantee terms

Where we advertise an outcome guarantee, its terms are defined in the applicable statement of work. The guarantee covers work within our control and agreed scope. It does not cover delays caused by client-side access, decisions, or resourcing, nor scope changes requested mid-engagement. The specific terms in your signed agreement govern.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or any connected system, and don't scrape or copy content for republication. Submitting forms with false information or automated submissions is prohibited.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and materials on this site are owned by JF Analytics, LLC unless stated otherwise. You may link to and quote briefly with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions without permission.
