Who we are

JF Analytics, LLC ("JF Analytics," "we," "us") operates jfanalytics.io. For any privacy question, contact frank.moore@jfanalytics.io.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. When you submit the contact form, the assessment intake form, or the product early-access form, we receive the information in those fields — typically your name, email address, company name, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message fields.

We also collect basic, aggregate traffic analytics: page views, referring source, and general region. Our analytics provider does not set cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run advertising.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, to scope and deliver services you ask about, and to understand which pages are useful. That's the entire list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our email and stored in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet accessible only to JF Analytics personnel. We use the following processors: Google (email, storage, calendar scheduling) and our website host. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, after which they are deleted unless you have become a client — in which case retention is governed by our engagement agreement and applicable professional and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request. Virginia residents have these rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act; residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states have comparable rights under their own laws.

To exercise any of these, email frank.moore@jfanalytics.io. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Security

We apply the controls we'd advise a client to apply: multi-factor authentication on all accounts holding your data, least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest through our providers, and periodic access review. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't ask of you what we don't do ourselves.

Children

This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
